We had a great experience adopting our new dog. They had a great Christmas week special that made it possible for our family. We were impressed by the facility, the friendly, helpful volunteer staff and of course finding the gentle sweetheart we had been looking for.
Very caring and understanding staff. One of the best animal shelters I've ever visited. They take customer service and guest care, more seriously than most. Thank you for your caring staff and putting the right people in the right departments. I recently lost my Seph. My cat was almost 11 and passed away and expectedly and I had to begin the painful process of bringing him to the Denver animal shelter so that lasting paws could pick him up and he would be cremated. This was my first time experiencing this kind of pain. Animals are so awesome. I wish they lived longer but because they spend their whole life with us, we should be honored that we get to experience that love...read full review
