I delivered to 1170 46th Avenue where I understand they do most of their shipping and receiving. They open the outside doors at 07:00
Once inside you press the button and wait. Someone eventually comes up and in my case took the bills and my phone number to call me when they had a dock. They got me into a door 15 minutes before my appointment and had me out in 45 minutes.
There is some parking along 45th, I was parked there for 8 hours and no one bothered me.
I Only give them 3 stars because there are no signs outside to let drivers know check in info like “Shipping and Receiving” and “open at 07:00.” And no restroom ( unless there is one inside that...read full review
Been doing business with them since before they were Dawn. Just got a call last week saying they are no longer gonna be delivering to me because they don't make enough money on my account. Broke my heart, but I guess the bottom line is what they care about most, not loyalty.
The staff is very friendly from the moment you arrive at the load, you touch the red button and a friend who speaks Spanish assists you, you don't struggle at all, she comes out herself and tells you which ramp they load you on or if not, you can dial by phone, since they loaded you They come out and hand you documents, and that's it!!!
