The project Cranston did for me was replacing carpeted stairs with wood treads and trimming out an open loft area with stair nosing and re-installing the pre-existing balusters.
I worked with both Brandon and Alfred. Brandon was my initial contact—he provided the estimate, got me on the schedule, and followed up in a professional but non-pushy way. He was always quick to respond to my questions, even if I wasn’t as fast in replying.
