SERVICE AND QUALITY!! Top Notch!! We had chosen a 'side match' carpet pattern which was unique (for us). When initially laying the two rolls 'side by side' (Large Room), we discovered the color run didn't line up between the two rolls. Coventry Owner (Tom) immediately came out and coordinated inspection & replacement from the mill. (no cost to us). Tom (owner) personally came out with his team of installers and seamed the rolls together himself!! An A++ job by a company that is obviously built on service. SO HAPPY with the carpet and quality. We had an outstanding experience with Coventry Carpets installing a new carpet, and one of its owners, Scot. We had Scot come to our house to take measurements and see the installation area, rather than visit the showroom. He was able to schedule us in a matter of days and brought many samples to look at. Scot explained the pros/cons of different carpet materials, piles and cuts, warranties, and the benefits of different types and thickness of carpet pads. We narrowed our choices quickly and settled on a mid-pile carpet and upgraded pad that were installed two weeks later. The carpet is beautiful to look at, soft to the touch, and dampens sound; no longer can you hear someone walking around upstairs. The installation crew was fantastic - expert carpet installation, no damage to furniture, doors or walls, polite and conscientious about cleaning up and taking COVID precautions when in the house. They checked in with us a few times about the installation to confirm we were happy with the progress. Start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Coventry Carpet, highly recommend!
This was our first experience with Coventry Carpets. I can't think of anything that could have been improved in the process of choosing and installing our new carpet. The whole process just flowed from selecting the carpet to the installation. It was a pleasure working with Scot Johnson in selecting the carpet style and color to best fit our needs. He is very knowledgeable and understood our needs clearly. This resulted in getting exactly what we wanted. The installers were true professionals: prompt, competent and excellent workmanship. And Jean the scheduling coordinator couldn't have been more pleasant working with. We cannot be happier with our new carpet. Thanks to all that took care of us. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. If we ever need new flooring in our other rooms, we will definitely call Coventry Carpets. It is our pleasure to recommend them to anyone.
