The team at Core Progression Rino are amazing! I've been working with Jake for quite some time, and it's been a great experience. He has built up my confidence and created workouts that meet my needs/goals. The space is always clean and provides a welcoming atmosphere. I can't say enough about how happy I am at this gym!
Core Progression is a standout gym with knowledgeable trainers and a really welcoming atmosphere. The programming is thoughtful, personalized, and clearly focused on long-term progress, not quick fixes. It’s a great spot for anyone who wants high-quality training in a friendly and professional environment.
I’ve always been in and out of gyms, never really finding anything that stuck or showed results. But when I came to Core Progression, Jake introduced me to Carlos, and everything just clicked.
Carlos knows exactly how to push me without overdoing it, and the fitness plan is realistic but challenging. I even signed up for nutrition, and for the first time, I’m actually following a plan I don’t hate.
