Dr. Chad was amazing! We took our 3 month old in and she had a tongue and lip tie. I was so impressed with the whole experience. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained absolutely everything about what was going on, how it can impact her, and what to expect about the surgery. I am most thankful for the time explaining. We didn’t feel rushed and by the time the surgery was over (2 minutes max!) we left with everything we needed for follow up, insurance, and how to care for her after the surgery.

We were having so many feeding problems with our newborn and this office literally saved us with a tongue and lip tie release! And the pricing was so reasonable- we would have happily paid several times what we were charged!

Simplified conclusion: if you need to have any ties cut, this seems to be a great place to have that done. We liked Dr. Chad, and our infant daughter handled the lip frenectomy like a champ! But get multiple opinions from other sources on each tie to make a decision before proceeding.
