Frankie runs an amazing place with Colefusion Fitness. His classes are energizing, fun, and a really good workout. Private training is fairly priced and I've learned so much with Frankie. I always feel great as I'm leaving (and sore the next day). Above all for me, Frankie builds an atmosphere that is welcoming and not appearance-obsessed. I've joined a lot of gyms before and left a lot of gyms when the men at the front of the class shouted more about looking good for bikini season than feeling good. Not a problem at all at Colefusion. It's all about me having a good workout and feeling stronger and healthier.

My favorite gym in Denver! Frankie Cole was my personal trainer for about a year and I have yet to find anyone as good as him. He was very professional and focused on making sure I would see results. He also provided nutritional information and made sure my workouts were efficient and correct. What I love about the gym is that it is private and it feels like a positive family atmosphere around you. I also liked that it was downtown and parking was free!

The owner is awesome and cares about your progress. The gym is quiet and has all the equipment you could need, including cycle and yoga rooms. Never have to wait for cardio equipment.
