Our home is more than 133 years old. One thing we struggled with from the beginning was our kitchen.
We looked for a company to help us figure out our options to fix the problem, be it an expansion or reconfigured space, then design and execute on the idea. The original idea was to build an annex, however CHW's architects advised against it as it would likely take much longer than rethinking the space within the current footprint of the house (city permit lead times). We went with a floor remodel that entailed moving of the kitchen to another place, and taking down a wall to improve the flow. My husband and I worked with Classic Homeworks on plans for an attic remodel and bathroom addition, and they have been a joy to work with! We had a very professional and kind team who really earned our trust. Once getting the plans and bids, we realized we need to save up more before starting construction, and they were very understanding and we never felt pressure to spend more than we could. When we start construction, we will absolutely keep working with CHW to manage the project because we know they will do it right and save us from as much stress as they can.
I've had the crew at Classic Homeworks complete two large jobs for me in the last 4 months. Kitchen remodel and gutter/soffit/facia repair/replacement.
