I called to get an estimate on re-piping my house. The serviceman was very nice & thorough. He said he needed to talk to remodelers and then get me an estimate. I called the office 4x over a couple weeks to ask for estimate and was told they have been really busy and would do it shortly. After all those attempts to get the estimate. & get the work done, I never got a call from them. I guess they don’t want my business! If too busy to ever provide estimate, I would never hire them to do any job for me.Very unprofessional!!
