I am forever grateful to have my psychiatrist, Rob Prevatt. He and his team at porter made me comfortable in my time of crisis. He gave me strength to be a better person, showed me that I was'nt a lost soul and all I needed was to be heard.
If your life is in crisis` which a lot of people are in, they have helped me to turn things around. I recommend them for one reason only- I have clarity, they cared an helped, Now I see a better future. i hope you do too.
These 4 stars are for the AWESOME nursing team! They were by far the most amazing nurses and counselors I could have asked for! They were very attentive and helped in anyway they could. Steve, Rhonda, Jess just to name a few made my experience one I will never forget!
Now that missing star… Dr. Wang, she never gave me a chance. From the day I got in as I was heavy detoxing and in an altered state of mind, she was rude and made this experience more stressful and anxiety stricken than anything. I went here in August for detox from alcohol after telling my local ER I wanted to off myself. I have honestly never been treated with such compassion in my life. Every nurse and all staff were wonderful people who helped me get through a horrible time. Also I don’t know if it was the detoxing and medication or what but I thought the way they let you pick your food and actual taste of food was great as well. I swear some of the women who worked up at the front desk area were literal angels they were so nice and caring.
