Carpet Direct is my first choice when purchasing flooring. We have purchased Luxury Vinyl and Carpet for many rooms in our present home and previous home. Our salesperson, Jessica is very knowledgeable and explains all features and benefits of products available. Carpet Direct offers a wide variety of quality products at great price. Carpet estimate was way off and delays were caused due to having to order more carpet and have the installer come out a second time. Carpet installed also had issues and an inspector was sent out with no folllow-up afterwards. If you enjoy having to chase your carpet vendor down for every little thing including delivery and installation then go ahead and try your luck.

My wife & I searched every carpet business in town from Carpet exchange to Home depot to Lowe's & we decided to to use Carpet Direct who had all the same options & quality AT BETTER PRICES. This was years ago at our home for carpeting throughout our entire lower living area & Kelly was my sales person. She was amazing, tentative & professional. She scheduled the removal & install quickly & without any hassle. A true professional & easy to work with.
