Had a nice call to set up the appointment and the guy was very nice an helpful. The appointment time came and went, with no one showing. I found out later it was a miscommunication internally in the company. The technician Michael came out and fixed my dent. It looks almost brand new and he apologized for the miscommunication. I will definitely use this company again.
