BEWARE They are literally the worst! The guy they sent is beyond rude and unhelpful. He claimed about was broken. Took two weeks to get a belt in came out was here for five minutes and declared that he didn’t realize that the motor was also broken and so he was gonna have to order that part and I would have to wait another two weeks.
if you try and call, it’s only a call center. They refuse to connect you to anyone at a local level.
It’s promised after promise a phone calls back from a manager and from a supervisor and you never get any response
Do not waste your money go with someone else if you actually want your Stuff fixed.

I just got a brand new washer/dryer and it broke, I went through the manufacturer to scheduled someone to come out and fix it. I scheduled on a Monday and the soonest they could find me someone was Thursday. GE assigned me to Brand Source and gave me a window of 8-5 and said Brand source would call to confirm. I waited until Wednesday then called to confirm and see if they had a smaller time window yet and they basically told me that they were too busy and wouldn’t be able to help me. They never called to let me know, I’ve been without laundry capabilities for a week and I’m incredibly frustrated.
