I love Boost! Classes are always fun but challenging. The instructors are great, I haven’t been to one that I didn’t enjoy compared to other studios where some are obviously much better than others. The studios themselves are also beautiful and clean. Highly recommend!

Nathan (owner) has gone above and beyond to make Boost unlike any other studio. The space is welcoming, the classes are challenging but fun, and the instructors truly care and emphasize form. I’ve never felt stronger, it’s the highlight of my week!
