The absolute worst customer service. The guy m with glasses is rude and acts like he can't do his job. Every question seemed like it was a surprise.If you dont like your job then quit!

Terrible bank! Signed up for a credit card that has 0% intro rate for purchases and transfers, only they are not honoring this when I signed up! I have the actual promotional letter the bank sent me stating this! Yet, every month I have to spend literally hours on the phone trying to argue this point, only to have the interest remain. This is a TOTAL SCAM and is illegal! I have had to contact the State Attorney Generals office as well as other sources to get this fraud looked into. DO NOT USE THIS BANK OR CREDIT CARD! THEY ARE TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAMMERS, LIARS, AND FRAUDSTERS!!!!!!!!
