Berkley Manor Care Center provides excellent care to its residents. The staff is loving, caring, and professional. They keep families informed about their loved ones' conditions. The facility is clean, and the food is good. The team is experienced and gentle, treating residents with kindness and respect. They handle difficult discussions with care and compassion.
i’m very happy with how much they take care and appreciate my loved one. they are so kind, respectful, and hospitable about everything, i will definitely be telling others about this nursing home.
I'm taking the time to give Berkley Manor my thanks for being a 5 star care center.Its so comforting to be taken care of so well,to be in a clean building,to have the best staff tending to your needs.ive been to other care centers and none of them can hold a candle next to this one.all the staff from the nurses to the CNA 's to the activity girls are just incredible.it is a well taken care of facility.like Alot of us we have no complaints.thank you Berkeley Manor and our wonderful director Maria!
The staff here is amazing. Everyone was kind and friendly. The residents too were quite amiable. My father-in-laws room was clean and comfortable and he had no complaints. I wish them continued success
