I attended the Body Ready Method workshop and found it extremely helpful. This will be my second baby, and while I learned a lot in Hypnobirthing class with the first, the mix of anatomy and labor positions in this class is unparalleled.
My niece bought a massage for me at this place, I am so grateful she did. I wish I had found this place while I was pregnant. Employers are so sweet here. Erica massaged me, she has such soft hands and her techniques are amazing. I will recommend this to all my mommy friends. Anyone , everyone. The inside is so cute, rooms are so relaxing and they sell these cute baby clothes.
