Tom and his crew did a great job removing carpet and old wood floors and replacing with luxury vinyl. I was very impressed with how friendly yet professional everyone was. The job was completed very quickly. I highly recommend BBC Custom Hardwood.

We recently had construction work done at our home, and unfortunately, a lot of drywall dust made its way deep into our brand new hardwood floors. We tried everything to get them cleaned but no luck. We were really worried about getting the floors back to looking how they should. We called BBC Custom Hardwood and they sent out Dustin — and we couldn’t be happier with the results! BBC refinished my bamboo kitchen floor. They did a marvelous job. I'd had some water damage, so waited many months for the moisture to come out. It looked pretty lousy before the refinish. After, it looks brand new. The tech did a thorough, careful job with 3 coats of protective finish. And he took great pains to keep the dust down and to clean up afterwards.
