We had a wonderful experience with B&B. They take great care to give you a reasonable expectation of cost on the front. The design process was fantastic. They captured our style perfectly and we’re thrilled with the finished product. We were fortunate to have minimal surprises once everything was down to the studs. There was an issue that came up with one of their subcontractors but it was handled with utmost professionalism. You can’t ever guarantee a reno project will go flawlessly but it’s more important to me to know that if an issue arises, the people I’m working with will do the right thing and get it taken care of. We used B&B for a basement remodel project and can't recommend them highly enough. They were not the cheapest bid we received but the work they completed was of the highest quality, on schedule and on budget - meaning we didn't get hit with a thousand change orders. The subcontractors they use are polite and professional and their internal staff are amazing. Our project manager Geoff was always responsive and available and Juan, Kevin and the rest of the team are incredibly talented and pleasant to be around. My wife and I worked directly with Brian Ballow (general manager), Bri Westfall (architectural designer) and Jeff Collins (project manager) at B&B Design. These three were exceptional on all metrics. They assisted us with picking out samples and making common-sense recommendations as to each and every aspect of the remodel design. They were responsible for ordering all products and services. They were responsible for the retention, scheduling, and supervision of all sub-contractors as well as all applicable city inspections. From early design drawings in August of 2023 through completion of all work in September of 2024, the project ran like a Swiss watch. Basements... read full review
