AVI Roofing did a great job with my new roof. Our Sales associate Zach Utting knocked it out of the park. This is the first time I had to go through a roof replacement due to hail damage. Zach walked us through the whole process and helped handle everything including helping us coordinate solar removal and painting the house. He was always available, including on the weekends. I'm not one for doing reviews, but our experience truly deserves one. Zach Utting, at AVI was incredible to work with. We had a QUICK timeline, with many moving parts! Him, along with the AVI team, exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From assistance with expections, submitting a hail claim, info on shingle defects, insurance process, fully installing our new roof and taking care of our windows and downspouts was all completed within 2 weeks. We were truly grateful to have worked with Zach. 5/5 without a doubt.
