I have gone for services at Aveda several times in the last few months. At first I got some waxing done, and I returned for several facials and body polishes. I have always gone straight to a student named Heather Mendoza, who is incredibly professional and witty. I was fairly nervous the first time, as I’d never had a wax done before, but she put me at ease with some jokes and lighthearted conversation. I returned about five times, maybe more, because every time I left there I was relaxed and ready for another day. She is fantastic in what she does and represented Aveda to the fullest.
