I usually come to 3cutters and have always gotten a great color and cut. But on a whim I went to another salon for highlights and came out looking crazy- very yellow, white and not me! I called panicked and the owner answered and was so kind! She got me in the same day with Kate who was lovely, listened and fixed my hair! I am no longer yellow and orange and am so happy with her and the salon! I will never go anywhere else! Thanks so much for your kindness and service!!!
