Associated Eye Cared reached out to me and gave me a 20% refund on the second pair of glasses as a form of remedy for the oversight at the lab where lenses went missing.
Previously: If zero stars was an option, they earned it. They took forever to fill out order because new frames were not arriving. I gave them my old glasses with distance lenses so they could use its old frame for the new computer lenses. To my surprise that did not expedite anything and they also lost the old lenses so i did not have distance lenses anymore. They said they would not charge to replace, but ended up overcharging me for everything to makes ends meet. I spent almost two... read full review

I had been going to the Lowry location for a long time.. Received great customer service Dr's we're great. Then they moved upstairs in the same building. Smaller office. In 2022 I called and made an appointment. Went in for the appointment after getting confirmation of the appointment and they told me that I didn't have an appointment. Gave it another try.. While I was there.. A person was saying that he didn't get what he ordered and the person who took the glasses order was trying to talk to him in to keeping the glasses.. I had recently moved to Lowry and needed a new eye doctor. I called Associated Eye Care and they scheduled me within two weeks with no hassle whatsoever. The staff is amazing! Dr. Pecha was wonderful to see and really took his time with me and was super thorough! I ordered glasses at the end of my appointment and the very kind women who assists in ordering and working on glasses went above and beyond for me. She was very helpful and caring. I would totally recommend Associated Eye Care to everyone who is in need of eye/vision care.
