Arturo's Shop LLC is a highly recommended business known for its excellent and trustworthy mechanics. They provide fast, professional service and effective communication. Customers have praised their timely repairs, reasonable prices, and thorough work, including fixing complex issues with vehicles. The shop also offers great customer service, keeping clients informed with texts, pictures, and videos throughout the repair process. Arturo's is great because the wait time was significantly shorter than other places. They are fast, friendly, and super fair on price. They did some serious work too—new rear main seal, fixed a big coolant leak and a transmission fluid leak, and replaced/greased wheel bearings. They also helped remove a steering dampener and didn’t charge for it. Overall, really great people and you won’t beat the prices! This awesome shop has a great owner. They have been transparent, communicative, fast, and fair and reasonable prices. They will patiently answer your questions, show you what's wrong and tell you if a recommended repair can wait. Arturo, the owner, is friendly, professional, and so generous.
Got our car checked out before purchasing it and Arturo was awesome. He thoroughly inspected our car and found some of the smallest issues we didn't even think to check. Definitely trust worthy!
Had a great experience at Arturo’s Shop. When I came in, we did a test drive together to listen to the sound my car was making when turning and then I was shown what parts needed to be replaced. They were super friendly and professional and gave me a good deal and texted me photos, quotes and updates. I will be back for future car repairs!
I managed to drop my phone in the engine of my car and it was stuck in the engine bay. The team here was so nice and helpful and were able to prop the car up/retrieve the phone. The whole thing only took 15 minutes and I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!
