Had the occasion to call on AOK Plumbing last week and wow, what an amazing experience. Nice to know that honesty, integrity and customer service still exist. I was having issues with a furnace and from the time I called Kathy, continuing to a chat with Alan and on through Roberto's expert craftsmanship, the project was handled with efficiency and professionalism every step of the way. Roberto's on-site analysis was thorough and spot on, his skills impressive. Roberto is truly a master of the craft -- and he's also a good guy, which still counts for something in my book. Nick and Jake have been working on the heating and AC for our new construction. These guys are amazing. They've done exceptional work, communicate status frequently, and always leve the worksite clean. I'd have them back in a heartbeat.
