I had Anchor come out years ago to do with a wasp nest issues. I have a life threatening allergy to them.I was stung again this some. The Anchor scheduler went out of her way to try to get me a last minute appointment. The technician who came out was polite and professional. He arrived when he said he would and contacted me en route. He was able to located two nests at the time of service. I was told to reach out if I discovered more/had more issues. I did. Anchor sent the same technician out again, and he removed two more nests (possibly new since he was out last) at no charge.I really like supporting a small/neighborhood business. I hope to not keep needing Anchor but, if I do, I will recommend again and again.
