American Eagle went above and beyond to help us with our event. There were 80+ passengers coming to our event with multiple arrival times and they helped track and ensure everyone was picked up. They accommodated last minute itinerary changes less than 24 hours before pickup. Their communication was excellent. I can’t recommend their services enough.

Really fantastic service. We requested a number of stops during our planning, and they were happy to accommodate. Very punctual, smooth driving, and a nice comfortable vehicle. I do wish that they integrate with a new third party payment system, as their current system require a pdf form or photo with our full credit card information, or direct bank transfer. It felt insecure and made it especially difficult given I was arranging on behalf of a work event. Despite this, it was overall a great experience.

We called American Eagle for a black-car style service because we had an infant on oxygen we needed to get to the train station. We originally booked a 5pm trip, but then AmTrak was late, so we rescheduled to 7pm.... then 8pm... then 11pm .... then finally midnight due to all the train delays.
American Eagle Limo responded professionally to each request, never seemed frustrated, showed up on time with a beautiful new-ish Suburban, helped us with all the luggage we had, helped with the infant car seat, and just was amazing in every way.
