I have been working with ACP for over 8 years. We recently purchased a new postage machine and the transition has been made seamless with the support of both Josh Rosen and Stacey Brooks. Specifically, Stacey has been prompt in her responses and expansive knowledge of the postage and USPS world. I had a great experience working with Josh while setting up Wi-Fi on my new Sharp printer. He was incredibly helpful, walking me through every step and explaining everything clearly and in detail. I asked a lot of questions, and he answered every single one without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable—in fact, he never once made me feel like I was asking anything silly. It was such a relief to get everything working smoothly, and I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was. Overall, an excellent experience!
