We order toner as soon as the machine gives us the warning; for the Magenta cartridge it was 3-4 months between the order and the actual installation time. Upon attempted install, it was determined that a very similar cartridge was sent, but it was not the correct one. I called my local All Copy team and while they didn't have the correct one in stock locally, they expedited one from another site and it was here the next day.
