Dr. Joyce is amazing! We went to the urgent care across the street, the receptionist was rude and said, wait time would be 1 hour or 4 hour. We went across the street to Afterhours...they had us in After 15 minutes, they did x rays, and Dr. Joyce saw us, and diagnosed my son's broken nose. All under 45 minutes.
Went late Saturday morning for a sinus infection. Process for checking in was fairly painless but you need your phone, email, etc. Perhaps they have an alternative check in as well. Sat a bit longer than expected being the only one there, but everyone was polite and capable. Got a prescription and was on my way .
The staff, care, and facility are really quality and professional. I was a bit apprehensive as I usually deal directly with hospitals but this outfit was great for my minor medical needs and I will use again if needed!!
