Had a venting issue with our boiler late on a Saturday night. Called Advanced Boilers & Hydronic Heating 8 am Sunday morning and explained the issue. Manny called me right back and walked me through steps to address the issue without ever asking for any payment. Knowledgable, dedicated to helping people, and trustworthy!
Excellent service from Manny. Was able to come over same day to look at our boiler not heating. Our boiler is ancient. Manny took the time to educate me on the system, safety concerns, and explain why it needs to be replaced while not being pushy. He did get it running for now. The new boiler quote was the most reasonable I’ve heard and will be scheduling a replacement with Manny sooner than later.
My furnace stopped working on a single digit temp night. The next day I called Advanced Boilers and Dorothy was incredibly kind and honest, walking me through all the steps I should take to get it back up and running and how to prevent it moving forward. I now have heat again and didn't even need to have a service tech come over. This is the only company I'll be using for any HVAC needs.
