These guys are AMAZING!!! They are honest, trust worthy, provide superior/quality work, extremely cost effective and showed up the same day I called on numerous occasions to fix my issues and ensure that I did not have to go without air conditioning for even a day. Please take my advice and use these guys for everything possible!!!!!
Harold Dean is a plumber at A1 and came to fix our frozen pipes. He was the 3rd plumber to come over and was the only one that got them fixed. It took him almost 3 hours and he did not give up. I will only use him for any plumbing issues as he will 100% not leave until it is fixed!
These guys are great! Not sure how the rating is so low. They are local, and you are supporting local folks. My experience has been very good. They came to my old house and performed only the work I requested. Prior to performing work, Dave explained the work necessary. Also, I had one additional area I wanted repaired. Prior to replacing the spigot, I was informed of the potential additional work that could be required. I agreed, and they were capabale to perform the additional work required with a fair cost. Only on request did they tell me what else should be monitored for the future. I will be using them for my future plumbing needs.
