They were great! We walked in with a request of a full set, 1 child’s painted nails and 2 pedicures with paint. I know this is a longer appointment and time consuming. She gave me a time to come back but advised we pick out nail color, A lot of options such as Gel, chrome, cat eye, shellac, powder and dips with offers of nail designs. As we finished picking, she was ready for us to sit down and start. Very friendly, accommodating and creative. I gave her my basic idea and she made additional suggestions. Which is great! We accidentally showed up 30 minutes early (their outside sign says 9:30am and we showed up at 9am) but they were already inside and took without hesitation! We got mani/pedis and turned out so cute! Staff was friendly and super patient!
Only staring it five so this can be seen, used to like going here, not doing it again, requested a fix more than 5 times on my nails, showed pictures, went through the details, every “fix” was worst than the last, they look awful, and decided to add themselves a tip on my card after telling me that they “tell you about every charge” they don’t. Bumpy and extremely uneven, I went home to try to file them because I gave up asking for it be fixed, Not at all worth it
