He communicated frequently throughout the process, helping me to understand very clearly status and next steps. He advised me as needed on critical decisions and enabled me to make decisions I was comfortable with. Cassidy also assisted me in buying a home. He helped me narrow down my search and was very flexible, assisting with showings on a moment notice that fit into my schedule. He was great about highlighting anything critical I should be aware of when evaluating a home. As with the Sale, he was very involved thru the whole process. I have since bought a home and am very happy with the decision and overall experience.

Eddie Lederman was a remarkable person to work with. My partner and I were truly blessed to have had Eddie be put in our first home buying path. Any question we had he answered or found out for us and a timely matter. Truly knowledgeable and dependable which is hard to find these days.
