delta location was dirty, they didn't check in on me for hrs with a dry IV... they were within eye sight eating and laughing. when i finally got assistance the guy was so bothered he ripped my IV out and just tossed it on the floor and walked out. and it COST a fortune for there underwhelming (service)

went to the ER and ICU. All the staff were very caring and knowledgeable. The nurses made it so much easier for me to understand my health issues. I highly
recommend them!

the worst hospital iv ever seen or been to in my life. what a freaking joke. I still have sticker snaps on my legs all the wounds that I have on my head my elbows my arms my legs not one bandage some weird guy was in there scrubbing my wounds before I even had an IV or anything for pain and I was taking into the CT scan only to be halted because I didn't have an IV for him to give me the fluid that I needed to go through with the scan and then on top of being in a head-on collision auto accident they want to it seems like as soon as they figured out my insurance information all I wanted to do was get me out of there and after all this being sent home from a head on auto accident and the only thing I have for pain is muscle spasm pills

What is the problem with the West Elk Clinic in Hotchkiss? I have spent 15 years and many thousands of dollars, trying to help myself with my nerve damage. I saw the doctor I have been seeing, less than a week ago, and in just 5 days time, I felt a change in my pain ( in a good way) that I hadn't felt in 15 years!!! But I didn't know what to do about it from here, so I made another appointment, to discuss this with the doctor and see where I can go from here. Due to a cancellation, I was able to get in pretty quickly. BUT then I get a call from their office, saying that there shouldn't be any reason to come back so soon?? And if I was looking for a recommendation, I could do that over the phone, by a nurse assistant?? And what a great time and money saver I'd be looking at. The girl I was talking with, seemed very put out, if I insisted on going in?? At 72, maybe not able to manage my time or financial situation, and really needed to take their advice. Whom ever "they" were, that suddenly knew my history and situation. If they don't have the time or need the money, than why schedule the appointment to begin with? Well, after almost 8 years at West Elk Clinic, I'll now see a doctor in Delta. Maybe a new clinic and more doctors would help take the pressure off of the ones that are left?? Just my opinion..

Worse hospital I've ever seen or been to. Everytime my son had to go to the ER they refused treatment because they think they can stick them 20 times and fish around for a vein knowing he is immunosuppressed and extremely dehydrated, not to mention it gets pretty painful but don't show any emotions or being upset that it's starting to get really painful because they will kick you out.. The hospital director will NOT do anything about it!.. The staff in the hospital and clinics, O&H go to work sick and refuse to wear a mask because they think they're not contagious!.. Where's the sympathy, empathy and consideration for patients especially terminally Ill patients. It's only about the paycheck!..

One young nurse knew what she was doing. Whereas the older nurse who was the nurse to do evaluate my situation told me I would wear the catheter the rest my life. I asked her how come the urologist said it was temporary. They added therapy I did not need. Most of therapy I could not do because it hurt. The Neuro surgeon said not to do anything that hurts.. The service needs to communicate with the doctors which they did not do
