“Great people. Everything was as discussed and on time for a renovation project on our ranch house. As someone in the engineering field who deals with utility contractors a lot, I told my wife to be prepared for additional costs and time. None of that. I met Cody onsite at my house and met with him several times by phone with my wife. He provided us with needed input, detailed cost estimate and choices to keep the renovation within a comfortable budget. I never got a second bid for the work as after the first meeting, I had felt comfortable with Cody. Also, maybe I got a lower price. In my experience a lower bid almost always comes with additional costs in the end and much more aggravation. The finished product was wonderful. I will be calling them in a year to do another project.“
