I called GE and was given a place out of Colorado Springs who charges $300.00 non refundable just to come out to my house. Called GE again and asked if there was anyone else? They set me up with Affordable Appliance. The lady, who's extremely nice, and compassionate and who's name I can not for the life of me remember, had them come the next day, because they had a cancelation, to diagnose the washer. All the parts got ordered, and they installed them really quick. All of this happened in less then a week's time. So happy to have a washer again! Thank you Affordable Appliance.
