Ann Marie was absolutely great to work with. She is knowledgeable and on top of it. She made multiple calls to the manufacturer to help us with warranty work, she was prompt in getting back to us on any questions we had as well. She was also able to schedule a technician to come out earlier than anticipated. Our technician was great as well. All around excellent experience!

They have come out several times for warranty work on a less than 2 year old induction cooktop range. They have spent time on the phone with Whirlpool to diagnose the problem. Anne Marie has stepped up and communicated with Whirlpool that the appliance cannot be fixed and helping us with a resolution. I highly recommend using Affordable Appliance for your needs.
