the only recommendation is to not rent or do buisness with this company. Rob Harper, specifically, is a horrible property manager. he is rude, vulgar, lies, and is a slum lord. he refuses to answer or acknowledge any email or phone call. he refuses to maintain the property with lockable closable windows, refuses to fix the mold mildew issues, and he has entered personal space without consent or notification. avoid a problem. rent from or turn your property over to any of the numerous property management companies in the valley.
