Great spot for four couples - this was our second year at this condo. Easy access to mountain, town, and backcountry - especially when we were going in all directions. The space is great for spreading out with the downstairs gaming room allowing for some fun foosball and mahjong. The three parking spots are also key with the garage being big enough to get an older Toyota Sequoia in. Kitchen well stocked for cooking in. Condo is starting to show a little age - hopefully the management company will keep up with some refreshes and we'll keep coming back!
We stayed at Snowcrest 4 for seven nights in late August. The space is nicely laid out and recently renovated and was comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen is well stocked with nice appliances, pots, pans and utensils. The space has great views from the sitting and dining room area.
We found sleeping at night to be a challenge as the upstairs temps were in the mid/low 70's during the day and stayed there all night long, despite the downstairs being in the high 50's and low 60s. We had all of the windows open but it never reached a comfortable sleeping temperature even with the fans going. Everything was great. Our one complaint was the hot water situation. A repairman was sent to the house and told us the hot water heater is fine but too small. Only one of us could have a luke warm shower each day—unacceptable in Colorado, even in the summer. That said, we will definitively consider renting again!
