The office staff, including receptionists, are also very friendly and helpful, making the experience a positive one for customers.
Josh and Jesse were great. Very professional. I received a phone call prior to them coming, followed via a text message with their photos so I know exactly who is coming to my house. Very satisfied with the service would love to use them again in the future.
awesome job called for main line cleaning and they send a guy who was nice and help me out got a major problem fix in no time thanks roto rother and the office lady really nice fast and helpful
Really grateful for Roto Rooter getting to us the same day to fix our clogged kitchen sinks and dishwasher. It wasn’t a true plumbing “emergency” but with the holidays coming up and dirty dishes all over my kitchen it sure felt like one. Not sure of the plumbers name but my husband was home and was super impressed with how quick, friendly, and knowledgeable he was. I spoke with the receptionist on the phone and she was really friendly too. Highly recommend.
