Masterworks is my go to company. I run a small kitchen, and whenever something needs to be fixed, it gets done right away. On this emergency, they sent Sam. He was very helpful and efficient. The problem was fixed quickly. All of their employees have been amazing as well.
After being without hot water for five days, getting our new tankless hot water heater installed was a huge relief. Our installer, ROD ELLIS was absolutely amazing. He stayed very late on the install day to ensure we had hot water that night which we appreciated more than I can say. He was professional, knowledgeable, hard working and clearly took pride in doing the job right. It's not often you run across someone willing to go the extra mile like that. He should have had help for the install, but they did not allocate help for him. I would absolutely recommend them again, excellent service!
