I noticed a toilet leaking late Sunday night. I tried to fix it, and made the problem worse. We have been doing business with Sparks Plumbing for years so I called them early Monday morning. Aubrey was very understanding and set up an appointment for Monday afternoon. Evan and Montel were running early so they called us and came out. They were efficient, thorough, and neat. The 2 guys that showed up were, if you add their ages, younger than some of the pipes in this old house. the 20 yr old waterheater needed to be replaced; i was so pleasantly surprised by their skills and knowledge- and they were polite! they took 2 hours to do it and i HEARTILY recommend them; when i had a question after they left, they were dispatched back and arrived in less than 15 minutes and showed me what i had overlooked without making me feel like a dummy!

The tankless water heater in my rental apartment needed a complicated repair quickly to restore the hot water heat this November. Terry and Evan worked Non-Stop for over 2 hours including phoning the manufacturer for advice. They got the heater working good as new and didn't even leave a mess!
