Once again we were able to walk in and hand them the part that needed to be replaced. They knew exactly what it was, walked right over to the shelf, and got it. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

If this plumbing store were a restaurant, Id give it 5 stars, OK, perhaps its a little strange to compare a plumbing store with a restaurant. But, its the truth, When you first walk in, you feel as though you'll be lost in the hundreds of bins and shelving units, Like you'll get laughed at if you don't know the difference between a thingamajig and a Whatsit. Totally not true! The customer service is OUTSTANDING, Their willingness to help get you projects done is top notch. The last time I showed up with a strange project, (Not having to do with plumbing at all, but my search for parts led me there.)
