Le Nails is a cash-only salon that offers walk-in and appointment services. New to Cortez. Mary had great reviews. Made an appointment with here. Showed up on time to find only a gentleman there. No Mary. He called her and said her brother would take care of me. No....he had terrible 1 star reviews. Nope! I also noticed it was dusty and dirty. Won't be back.

I valled to make an appointment speaking with the owner. I explained I will be driving from a neighboring state (65miles) so I had a specific date.
She gave me an appointment tome snd we again repeated the date.
I arrived about 10 minutes early and she proceeded to tell me my appointment was for the day before, I stated no and remind her of our conversation. All she could say was Sorry.
I will never call again and will advise others not to go to her.
Even spoke to a lady in WalMart who stated the lady sure has changed and decided not to use her at all.

worst nail salon ever!!! wouldn’t even remove acrylics and said she was fully booked after we called 5 minutes before and said she’d do them for 20 dollars. worst attitude as well.
