I've been with salud for many years with my family. Now I'm a empty nester. I will leave my Dr and the ones that asst anonymous. I have truly been grateful for the new changes that I was able to do and the extra help that I was able to be given. Yes there's always one two or three employees that have their ups and downs but at the same time we don't know their personal lives. I would not change my location for anything. There is help you just have to reach out and be respectful.
The scheduling call center line is a bit of a headache, because the call center didn't communicate with the actual Dr office.
However the clinic is self is great! My Dr is Stephanie Miller- she is absolutely the best Dr I've ever had. Very kind, compassionate, and understanding. Really listens to what you say, and does whatever she can to help. I'd give 10 stars if it were an option. The behavioral health team is amazing as well as the girl who draws my blood... (I'm a hard stick, she always listens, and never had to stab me 15 times)
I got to be honest after reading the reviews I was nervous about going to Salud Family Health. For the past year plus I have been dealing with medical issues that have put me in the ER a few times. Long story short the ER never really helps just gets me comfortable to deal with the pain, lower my blood pressure and always tells me to find a provider then sends me home. After I was discharged from the ER a couple of days ago I looked up providers and found Salud Family Health.
