Hi-Pro is a great fit for me! The company is all about safety and the management is always accessible to workers. I know there has been a couple times where I needed their support and/or approval for various things and they always got back to me with answers! The pay is good, benefits are good as well! It’s nice to work for a company that shows value to the front line workers!
They dont value their employees enough to pay them what they deserve, which in turn cause a huge turnover rate!!! If they would pay the good ones what the should be paid, people would stop quitting
