I initially had Hero come out to just get another bid and ended up being really impressed with their staff and company. Being married to a plumber, I am well versed in the work being done and they had answers to all my questions. They were able to replace a large section of our schools sewer line (in the street) in a timely and efficient manner. They stayed within our budge and communication was great. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Loved working with Matthew, the owner/operator of Hero Plumbing and Drains.
He was able to remove a completely broken/calcified moen shower handle cartridge and replace it quickly and efficiently getting our water back on and shower usable in about an hour.
Both Matthew and his dispatcher Courtney were communicative and knowledgeable.
