My son has finished his treatment , and I am happy with the results. From the moment we started to the end it has been excellent. The service they provided and ease on payments and appointments has been exceptional. I am very happy with all they have done and my son smile is wonderful. I wish mine was the same. LOL :)

From the initial consultation appointment to the actual braces installation appointment, I appreciated Dr. Eng’s high level of professionalism and friendly personality. The office is welcoming to each kiddo, and posts their names to greet each patient on the day of appointment. The office staff is friendly and informative and the insurance specialist was patient and helpful in getting the claim submitted to my dental insurance provider. As an added touch of courtesy, Dr. Eng texted me personally to check on my daughter’s comfort level after the first appointment. These little gestures mean a lot to parents and are very appreciated. We have been so blessed to have had Dr. Eng as our child’s orthodontist. He and his team have now taken care of two of our children as they have gone through treatment and the experience of having braces. He and his staff are incredible people. We’ve found each visit to be quick and easy. Each visit they’ve taken time to help us understand the current stage in their treatment as well as what we can expect at the next visit. They made sure we understood everything from treatment goals to easing our concerns about insurance. We feel so blessed to have found such an amazing orthodontist.
