Cannot recommend this place enough. Frank and Crimson are the best, very polite and informative throughout the entire process. They provided excellent communication for the entirety of the time my car was in the shop and did a great job of handling things with insurance so I didn't have to. They made the entire process seamless and enjoyable!

Crimson and Floyd are very attentive and professional. I appreciated Floyd’s honesty regarding repairs to my car. He went out of his way to help me and communicate with insurance. I would visit this shop again even absent an insurance claim.

I have a company fleet vehicle that needed hail damage repair. I was assigned to Commerce City Collision. In a strange turn of events, there was a missing piece that did not get replaced. However, Floyd and Crimson were very helpful. Not only were they responsive with phone calls, and parts ordering, but they were kind, courteous, and their team did excellent work for me. I hear a lot of complaints that customer service is absent these days. That is not the case with commerce City Collision Center. Floyd and his staff are fantastic. No lack of customer service here. I had a good experience here and expect that you would too.
