Climate Control HVAC is highly recommended for heating and cooling needs. Joey and David are described as very nice, professional, efficient, and great to work with. Customers appreciate Joey’s knowledge, honesty, and fair-dealing approach. He is consistently on-time, even showing up early, and provides clear communication with a text prior to arrival. Joey is thorough, performing routine maintenance on both AC units and furnaces, and explains what could have caused any problems. He works quickly, often completing jobs within an hour or fifteen minutes, and offers amazing and reasonable prices. Joey is also respectful, putting on shoe coverings before entering homes. He is able to work in condo units and around schedules. Customers note that other companies referred them to Joey when they couldn’t handle specific issues. He is reliable and does not try to convince people to replace equipment unnecessarily. Many plan to use his services again and would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks.

I was referred to Joey by another company who wasn't sure if they could do what was needed for our heater that stopped working. He scheduled us as soon as he had availability and even told us how to manage pipes and stuff while waiting due to the cold.
He came out at the time he said with a text prior with his time of arrival. He came in checked and confirmed what needed to be done and put in our new piece that was needed.
He explained what could have caused the problem in the first place and talked a little about himself and how his company got started.

Our remodel contractor referred me to Joey Chavez when our heating stopped working in the early morning hours of the coldest Sunday of the year. Joey was polite and professional on the phone, listening to the barrage of information I gave him. He transparently shared the diagnostic/call out fee plus gave me a high-level understanding of how we'd approach cost of additional parts if necessary. He shared his ETA-- which was promptly within an hour-- and called me when he arrived.
